What is your cancelation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in.
If you need to cancel within 7 days of check-in, we will refund you for any portion of the stay we are able to rebook. To maximize your chances of receiving a refund, we recommend finding a friend or colleague who can take over your booking. This will help ensure you get your money back.
What are your check-in and check-out polices?
Check-in: Starts at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be accommodated upon request, depending on availability.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests can be considered, but they are subject to availability and may incur an additional
fee.We aim to make the process seamless for you. You’ll receive automated messages with the property address, door code, and Wi-Fi information prior to your arrival. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Are parties allowed?
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. We aim to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and our community. Small, quiet get-togethers are welcome, but we kindly ask that you respect the property, follow noise regulations, and adhere to the maximum guest limit.
If you have any special requests, feel free to reach out in advance for approval.
Can I smoke or drink in the home?
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. If we detect that smoking has occurred, a significant cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of ozone treatment to remove any smoke odors.
Please drink responsibly. We are not liable for any injuries or harm related to alcohol or drug use during your stay.
Are there any cameras at the property?
There are no cameras inside or on the back porch for the privacy of our guests. However, we do have a video doorbell and outdoor camera on the front and side of the home for extra security and for the protection of the property.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at the property.
Noise: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (9 PM to 7 AM), to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors.

Damages: Any damage to the property or its contents should be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
